Our Ready To Assemble cabinets will come pre drilled for either left or right hand hinges. For our wall cabinets its as simple as flipping it one way or the other for single hinged doors.

Our “all-plywood” construction ensures the strength required to support granite, concrete or any other countertop material that you may select. No additional cabinet reinforcement is required.

That depends on what finish you select. Some of our finishes do have a matching interior and others have a UV coated natural birch interior. Its always best to ask if it is a concern before purchase.

Yes, all sides are pre finished. No need for finished panels.
Read MoreAre any of the cabinets made of particleboard?
Our cabinet boxes are constructed using solid Birch hardwoods and furniture-grade plywood. There is no particleboard contained in our cabinetry box. Our plywood is also CARB2 compliant. Painted doors will utilize high-quality HDF for longer life and to reduce the cracking that normally happens with hardwood joints over time.

Once an order has shipped you will receive an e mail with your tracking number, the shipping company your order has shipped out with as well as the contact number for the shipping company if you have any questions.

We use a shipping broker to get the best possible rates with the most competitive trucking companies. We do not have our own trucks.

Freight damage claims must be filed within 5 business days of delivery.

Please notate any damages with the freight company when accepting the delivery and take photos of the damaged items. Submit a claim online with the photos of the damages or send them immediately to kirk@topshelfcabinetscanada.ca We will review and replace damaged pieces in a timely manner.
Read MoreWhat does curbside delivery include?
Curbside delivery is delivery to your yard if accessible. There will need to be a crew on site to help unload the truck. Trucking companies will not deliver the cabinets into the home for insurance purposes.

Take pictures of the damage prior to assembly. If pictures are taken after assembly it is hard for us to determine if the damage was done during assembly or not. Send a list of defects or damages along with the pictures to kirk@topshelfcabinetscanada.ca.

Yes, you can order it and we will ship when it arrives or we can find another cabinet that may work in its place that is in stock.

It all depends, some out of stock items are 2-3 weeks and some are 60-90 days. It is best to ask before purchase of an item.

Each cabinet does come with a toe kick but a toe kick skin is recommended to cover all bases after install to have a seamless look.

Yes, some cabinet lines have glass doors available.
Read MoreDo you offer a warranty on the cabinets?
Yes, to the original consumer purchaser that Top Shelf Cabinets , door hinges, and drawer glides will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for the lifetime of the product (Proof of Purchase is required). This warranty is not transferable and only applicable to product used for residential purposes.
